We are two different people and
we also have a lot in common
Synergy is Ronald Heij and Karin Weterings, a small media production company. We are a Dutch couple that help conscious organisations, speakers, scientists, teachers and leaders to spread their inspiring messages into the world, by providing high quality audio, video and live-streaming. We provide our services from our base in The Netherlands, and on locations in Europe and the USA. We love to travel the world together and meet new people who value the path of personal development and consciousness.
We love both the technical and the creative aspects that this work brings. We are two different people but we also have a lot in common: we both have an eagerness to learn new things, to solve problems and to make it work. We have an analytical mind and at the same time we are both very practical and grounded. People value our personal touch and high quality standards.

Karin likes to think ahead, prepare well, bring structure where there is none, and make sure every detail has been taken care of. Things that are vital with story telling video and when doing live and online events. Ronald’s natural inclination is to look for possibilities instead of limitations. He likes to walk new paths, come up with creative solutions and improvise on the spot. Things that give your project, whether this is a live event or post-production, that little extra and makes your audience wants to come back.
For us it’s such a joy to work together. We stimulate each other in our creativeness and exploration of new technologies. Our similarities ánd differences take us to places we would never reach alone. Our whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We are Synergy.
