18th to 25th February 2023
Retreats are a wonderful way to connect to the teaching and to the community, beginning with dinner on the first day, followed by a short welcome and the first meeting. There will be two meetings on each full day, finishing with lunch on the final day. Morning meetings consist of silent and guided meditation; afternoon meetings will be dialogues with Rupert, during which time attendees can discuss any questions that arise during the course of the week.
About The Vedanta: Situated in the heart of Lincolnshire, The Vedanta is surrounded by rolling countryside, historic market towns and villages. There is an array of walking trails to explore locally. Our whole group, including commuters, will also have access to the spa facilities, wonderful spaces to socialise and quiet areas to sit and meditate between meetings.
Important information about the venue: The Vedanta is a strictly vegetarian and alcohol-free venue due to being run by a Hare Krishna organisation. We ask that no alcoholic or non-vegetarian products are brought on-site and that the rules of the venue are respected by our group.
There is a ‘no shoes’ policy within the building, and guests are expected to bring slippers to wear inside. The venue do have some slippers available for sale on site for anyone who needs them on arrival.

Additionally, there will be two, hour long, Q&A sessions for the Live stream attendees. They will be from 8pm to 9pm on Monday 20th and Wednesday 22nd February.
Livestream participants will have streaming access to all meetings during the retreat and will be able to view recordings from previous sessions from the livestream page; these will be streamable and viewable for seven days from session date. This way, you can easily catch up on any missed sessions or listen again to take the understanding a little deeper. There will be a special discussion board for the livestream attendees where the streaming link will be posted ahead of the first session and will provide a place for everyone to communicate and share in the teaching.
There will be two dedicated Q&A sessions, via Zoom, for livestream attendees during the retreat which provide the opportunity to ask Rupert any questions that may arise over the course of the week.
Tickets will be available based on a sliding scale, with the intention of making the teaching available to more people. Tickets will be available in mid-November, along with the in-person registrations.
