This will be Rupert’s first meditation only retreat, held at the beautiful Mandali Retreat Centre in Italy.<\/p>\n
There will be four guided meditations\u00a0each day; with ample time in-between to connect with the other attendees,\u00a0or enjoy the spa and surroundings.<\/p>\n
About Mandali:\u00a0<\/strong>Located just over an hour\u2019s drive from Milan, the centre sits high on a hilltop overlooking Lake Orta with views across to the Swiss Alps, an idyllic setting to help find calm and clarity in the mind.
